At Animelo, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return Do not send items back without contacting us first. To initiate a return, please email us at team.animelo@hotmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for the return
- A photo if the item is damaged or defective
We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and the return address.
Eligibility Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are not in resalable condition.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
